Schedule
Sessions run 5 days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 18:30 to 20:00.
What to Expect
Every session begins with a warm up, then is followed by a multitude of activities ranging from Skills & Technique, Bag work, Pad work, Sparring, Running & Conditioning.
Equipment & Clothing
To get started, we recommend the following:
Essential:
- Hand wraps (to protect your hands and wrists)
- Water bottle (to stay hydrated)
- Comfortable sportswear
Recommended (as you progress):
- Gloves (14–16 oz)
- Gumshield (required for contact activities — no red colour)
- Boxing shoes (Not required but recommended)
Please note: We do provide gloves and headguards; however, bringing your own equipment is recommended for hygiene and comfort.
